Lesley worked in advertising sales for several years with two of the UK's largest national newspaper groups; The Express Group and Associated Newspapers.
In 1994, she joined Dow Jones as Hong Kong Advertising Sales Manager for The Far Eastern Economic Review, becoming Worldwide Advertising Director two years later. In 2002, she transferred to Singapore as Managing Director- Sales, Dow Jones International Marketing Services for South East Asia, South Asia and Australasia.
She is currently responsible for all advertising sales of Dow Jones products in this region, predominantly the US Wall Street Journal, The Wall Street Journal Europe, The Wall Street Journal Asia, WSJ.Magazine, Barrons, and WSJ Digital Network including all mobile sites.
Christina Lee was named Asia Managing Director of Bloomberg Businessweek in December 2006. Christina is responsible for overseeing sales, marketing and business development for Bloomberg Businessweek magazine global edition, the award-winning website businessweek.com, event and local language editions in Asia. She is also responsible for sales, marketing and business development for Businessweek/China.
Prior to joining Bloomberg Businessweek, Christina held senior sales positions at Yahoo! Inc., Star Television (News Corporation) and Avenue Magazine New York. Christina is actively involved in supporting the media industry in the region. She is the Board member of SOPA (The Society of Publishers in Asia) and the Chairman of its China Projects Group Sub-Committee. She also served as a board member of IAA (International Advertising Association Hong Kong Chapter) from 2001-2002 and was the advisory board member for iMedia Agency Summit from 2008 - 2009.
Christina is a graduate from the University of Hong Kong, she also holds Master Degree in Management from Macquarie University, Sydney (MGSM). An avid sports enthusiast, she was honored to be a torch bearer for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Christina also speaks fluent Chinese and English.
Sunita Rajan is a part of the BBC Worldwide’s Senior Management team with an Asia-wide remit overseeing all advertising activity across BBC Worldwide' commercial businesses on multiple platform. This includes television, online, mobile products such as World News, BBC.com, Worldwide Channels, Lonely Planet and BBC Mobile.
Sunita started her career in media in India in 1989 as a media concessionaire in weekly news magazines and specialist trade journals. When she joined Star TV in 1992, Sunita was one of the first few in the industry to move from print media to satellite television. She spent eight years with the pioneering team at Star who drove the business of satellite television on the subcontinent, before joining BBC World News in 1999 as Regional Director, Advertising Sales,Asia.
In April 2007, Sunita was appointed as Vice President, Sales – Asia and Australasia for BBC Global Channels where she was responsible for the advertising sales for all the BBC's international commercial channels, including BBC World News, across the region. In 2011, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of BBC Advertising, the bespoke internal sales house for all wholly owned and operated BBC assets with a responsibility that stretches across Asia including India.
Sunita holds a Masters Degree in Economics from Bombay University and speaks eight languages.
Rajesh Sheshadri was appointed in June 2010 as Head of Trade Solutions, a new division within FOX ONE STOP MEDIA (FOSM), Asia’s most-watched international TV channel advertising network*. He is responsible for leading the division’s experts in production, advertising sales, marketing and communications to tailor strategic 360° media solutions for pan-regional advertisers to further leverage FOSM’s iconic channel brands and leading audience reach.
He also leads FIC’s flagship market of Hong Kong as Territory Head, where he further expands the local business in terms of channel portfolio, localized content, packaging, marketing and local advertising sales.
Rajesh transfers to Hong Kong after five years at FIC in India, most recently as Senior Vice President of Content and Communication to manage the content and marketing operations in terms of the channels’ market share, market volume and brand profitability. A 12-year industry veteran, Rajesh has developed some of India’s highest profile TV, radio and print media, and made significant contributions towards FIC’s success, which includes strengthening the presence of brands like National Geographic Channel and FOX History & Entertainment; as well as setting the stage for the upcoming ones like Baby TV, Nat Geo Wild, Nat Geo Adventure, Nat Geo Music and National Geographic Channel HD.
Rajesh earlier looked after the marketing function at TV Today where he was responsible for Aaj Tak, Headlines Today and Red FM. Prior to that he worked as a Brand Manager at The Express Group.
He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal, and a University degree in Mechanical Engineering from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore.
Susana has dedicated her career in digital agencies, both creative and media disciplines in Asia Pacific. Before Neo, she was the MD of full service digital agency, XM Hong Kong (Bates/141 digital agency) and later, MD of XM/RMG Connect China.
Prior to her 8 years at WPP, she was the Client Services Director of Modem Media, North Asia (now part of Digitas). In 1997, as one of the first digital media pioneers in Asia Pacific, she spent 4 years as the Director of North Asia at Engage Media (aka Space Asia Media, the first adnetwork and adserving company in Asia). She has extensive full service agency experience-from web development, website usability, user experience, online marketing strategy and online media.
Currently, Susana is the Regional President of Neo@Oglvy - the digital media agency within the Ogilvy Group and part of WPP. From a startup, she built Neo into a network of 350+staff in 16 offices across 11 countries in Asia Pacific. Clients include IBM, Cisco, American Express, Lenovo, Kodak, Diageo, Motorola China...
Susana has a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada and a Certificate of eCommerce from the Australian Graduate School of Management. At work, she tries hard to keep her head above the water. Outside work, she tries harder to stay underwater scuba diving.
Sean O’Brien is Chief Client Officer of Aegis Media Asia Pacific. Joining in March of this year, he leads their multi-national teams on brands such as Nokia, adidas, Fox, BMW, ANZ and Philips and is responsible for new business development across the region.
Sean has over 20 years experience in media communications, working in global and regional management roles with P&G, Carlsberg, Nissan, McDonald’s, Pepsi and Mars. He has worked in London, New York, Latin America and Asia and has a track record of driving growth; as CEO at OMG in Thailand from 2004 to 2009 he helped grow the business threefold. Most recently in London he led the wins and management of HP and Google business across EMEA and the development of M2M International. Previously Sean was instrumental in establishing the Mediacom network in Latin America and has lead his teams to multiple creative and effectiveness awards.
Aside from media, he brings the added perspective of having run a full service advertising agency, a brand & integrated communications consultancy and of having developed businesses in content, design, sports marketing, digital, outdoor, corporate communications and analytics.
Sean is a qualified business coach, a member of the “Chartered Institute of Marketing” and an assessor for the “European Business Excellence Awards”.

Cheuk joined PHD from CumminsNitro in Australia where he had a long and successful spell as Managing Director of the globally acclaimed and highly awarded creative hot-shop. While at Cummins Nitro, he presided over several Agency of the Year awards, countless new business wins and award winning campaigns.
In 2002, he was recognised as one of the top executives in the region and conferred Media Magazine’s Suit of the Year award. In 2009, under his leadership, PHD Asia Pacific was crowned Media Magazine’s Media Agency of the Year. And in 2010, Cheuk was named Agency Innovator of The Year by the Internationalist Magazine and PHD went on to win 5 awards at Campaign Magazine’s Agency of the Year awards including the prized Asia Pacific Media Network of the Year award.
His wealth of experience in building successful brands brings with it strong strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovative, highly effective and results driven ideas.
